I'd take as Blue. White's the one with all the checkers back and Blue's offense is in good shape and should stay that way. An 8-cube coming over does give me pause, but Blue can use all eight points, so I'd have a hard time passing.

At the score I think White should double. His good numbers are well diversified, and the position is very volatile. Even if things go poorly, He'll still get some play from his anchor, and often will make a second anchor on the 24pt. Owning the cube doesn't help Blue much here either.
