Chess vs. backgammon

I have been told that each point of PR is worth about 26 points of ELO. If this is true, a 7.0 PR player would be 130 ELO points beneath the 2.0. Using the ELO calculator on XG, the 2.0 player would be 67.88% in a 25 point match versus the 7.0 player. To reach 75%, the match must be 54 points.
...or a 25-point match at 3:1 odds would be between ER's of 2.0 and 9.7. That makes sense, thanks. By extrapolation, it seems that the third tier of skill is 17.4, the fourth is 25.1, etc.
