If you're playing a tosser they tend to take these cubes a lot more liberally than they'd pass a regular cube at a regular match score because they can see they are in pure desperation mode and can recube and win the match basically out of nowhere. They go from feeling hopeless, knowing they'll be down -1 -7 to thinking to themselves "well hell, if I take this I have a chance to win the match!" They also tend to overestimate the contact in this position which will drive them towards a take also.

You hate life too much when the tosser takes, which I think happens way too often. I'm sure I wouldn't cube a nobody here. Depending on your elo definition of 'tosser' if you load up even the jac100 table I'm sure it will vomit in your lap for cubing this.
