Elo difference mapping to Snowie ER

Elo is proportional to PR*33

General perception seems to be that PR ~ 1.1 (Snowie) ER. If that is true, then

1 (Snowie) ER ~ 30 Elo.

I thought the perception was that (Snowie) ER ~ 1.1 PR

Then 1 (Snowie) ER ~ 36.3 Elo.

That is closer to what I thought it was.
