In Response To: Reminder: I was interested in Snowie Error Rate difference (Neil Robins)

So from this I would conclude that 1 (Snowie) ER ~ 38 elo and that 100 elo ~ 2.6 (Snowie) ER

I can't see how the figure of 1 (Snowie) ER ~ 26 elo can be even close to being right.

I did the same two or three years ago when I analyzed ~100 7pt matches against different opponents on FIBS. My data and experience points exactly in the same direction than your data: 100 elo points are eaqual to around ~ 2.5 - 2.8 Snowie ER difference.

The intention of my posting was to find out if this matches other's experience or weather there was a known formula to calculate it.
