Nactation for 21 played 24/21

What is the proper Nactation for a roll of 21 played 24/21? 21R seems most logical but www.nackbg.com/nactation.pdf defines R as "moving (running) a back checker to the outfield." I would interpret 21U to be 24/22 24/21 although U is defined to be "advancing back checker(s)." The unspecified singular or plural seems to leave U ambiguous.

No, I'm not a lawyer! Just trying to get this right.
