Bob, I can't duplicate your position (where are the spares?) or your 2-ply evaluation. I thought I came close, but my 2-ply says White wins in the 20s, while 1- and 3-ply were about the same as yours. Anyway though, if White has 2 off, 12 on the ace, 1 back, and the cube, and Blue has a 6-prime anywhere on the board, Blue should beaver White's cube.

A perfect board vs. 2 off has 93% CPW. I haven't looked at snakes for a while. Does a 23-18 prime lose 10% more often games than a perfect board? I doubt it. So maybe White's CPW is under 16.6%. But Blue won't lose lots of gammons brining the snake around. Only bots do that.
