XG use the same Elo formula than FIBS

In Response To: XG use the same Elo formula than FIBS (Leonardo Jerkovic)

the difference in how much points get exchanged.

With FIBS it use a factor K = 4*max ( 1 , -experience/100+5 ) while XG uses K = 5*max ( 1 , -experience/100+5 )

So Elo evolve faster (in both direction)
