it's gonna be a looooong game. neither side can dictate to the other --- white has the advantage with a 3:1 inner board configuration, but blue dominates the outfield. white will try to bring his checkers around by probably making either the 7 or 9 points and then limping around as is allowed. blue needs to unstack the 6 point those checkers are as good as dead. blue's chances are greatly diminished by white's threat to make his 5 point. blue can simply not allow this. i'd vote for 6/1* not caring whether that checker is hit or not.
