New Venue and Dates for WBF July Nice (relocated to Mentone) Tournament

Joan and I were planning to go to France this summer to play in MC and Nice, and apparently the Nice tournament has been relocated to Mentone just now, so here are the basic details and Marco will give me more info next week (recommended hotels etc.)
