I think you need air lift, which you get based on the speed of the plane relative to the air. I think your speed relative to the air is zero. So the answer would be 'no'. But maybe I don't understand how airplanes work. Or what happens to the air in this case (in my view, it is standing still, but perhaps that is not how the propulsion system works).
