High quality bearings have tiny coefficients of friction like those found in airplane wheels. Also the coefficient of friction decreases as speed increases. Its basically negligible. When a place takes off, the last thing slowing it down is the friction in the wheels. Wind resistance is a HUGE factor by comparison.
