In Response To: 2010 USBGF Howard Ring Memorial Quiz (Joe Russell)

Over dinner at Chi Open I heard about this from Perry, Karen, and others. I suggested expanding the audience to (potentially) the entire USBGF membership by holding the event simultaneously at several sites throughout the US, by trusted proctors.
