Thats correct, negating wind resistance which is of course unaffected by the conveyor. The only counter acting forces are the thrust and the friction in the wheels. Thrust is SIGNIFICANTLY higher than bearing friction so the plane has no problem taking off. Bearing friction would have to be equal to thrust for the plane to stay still on the conveyor negating wind. But for the purposes of this example we are assuming frictionless wheels. Although it has been proven in a experiment that a real aircraft can take off from a conveyor with no problems.
