"Is not a lot of those missed goals, especially bad goal calls and hand balls due to a bad angle to view the play? For example if a player is attacking the goal and the ref is behind him how could he possibly be expected to see a hand ball? " (Note: meant to write "... a lot of those missed calls...")

And for another example the non goal of England vs. Germany. The ball can move so much faster than the referee so the needed angle there is impossible to even get close to.
