Extreme Gammon Help

I am having a problem importing files, it might or might not be a simple fix but I am lost. The problem all started when I downloaded a match to look at that had a .xp file extension. Now XG will not import .sgg files and I don't know how to correct this. Has anyone else had this problem or know how to fix it.
