Here's how I see the percentages at the world cup:

Holland: 35,5%

Spain: 33,5%

Germany: 25%

Uruguay: 6%

Spain and Germany are probably the 2 best teams left in the tournament if you look at how they have played so far but because Holland will be playing the big underdog, Uruguay, in the semifinal they stand a better chance of winning than both Germany and Spain.
