Conversation with MCG

MCG is back in the states for now. He played in the Minnesota ABT this weekend, winning the Masters and Main. While we were waiting for our matches to start this morning, he quized me on a third roll position. It was a non-trivial choice which I had not seen before. I found the best move, without the benefit of a board to see the position. And, he found good reason to ridicule my response anyway. It sure is good to have him back.
