After hit, White is 22 pips ahead in race, so his game plan should be to make advanced anchor, wait for big doubles and bring back checkers home. 13/10 is more blocking play which increase contact which is not thematic for player who is ahead in race. Roller+ move slot two best anchors and also put more pressure on Black blot.

One more reason for two up move could be that after enter from the bar, Black will attack for sure and than White's blot on 10pt will be target, es specially if Black enter on our 4pt or 5pt.

That's my 5c.
