Why do profiles not work correctly?

1. My experience is stuck on 47.

2. 2 players on GridGammon show more results on the summary page than the number of matches played.

3. If I select all games and all sites, the report tab excludes matches against the computer and only lists matches on GridGammon.

Why does support not respond to my e-mails?

Why does Phil Simborg recommend this work-in-progress? Can he be bought for 5 bucks?
