XG Question for Xavier

Thanks for your prompt response to the questions asked by me and everyone else.
Why are the plays in the position shown below not listed in order of equity? I realize you gave an answer to this, but sorry, I did not understand your answer.
XG tells me that the two plays listed on top (7/1 5/1 and 13/9 13/7) were done on XGroller+. XG also tells me that the third play listed (7/1 6/2) was done 4-ply. The third listed play has an equity higher than the first two plays. Why was this third listed play not done on XGroller+?
Incidentally, the position posted below has an interesting theme: When you are behind in the race in a holding game and have an anchor on your opponent's side, when do you give up the midpoint? In this position, I guess White gains on Black's 64 and 65 by keeping the midpoint.
