Meyer Dice Tube

I played with an unsealed version last night for the 1st time. Overall it was a pleasant experience (other then my opponent flipping well in the race at 2a-2a). It was much faster then gathering dice, shaking and rolling with a cup. The motion to flip the tube is fairly easy to adapt to.

Potential issues with it......

1) The dice seem to come through the tube fast. Are they tumbling enough to be considered the same as "shaking vigorously" to get a random result? 2) How should a tournament director rule in the case where one player wants to use it and another does not? 3) When using w/o the clock, tapping the tube is the manufacturers recommendation for ending a play. It is not as clear an action as lifting dice and/or hitting the clock.
