Verifying Randomness

There has been a lot of discussion lately about whether or not the Meyer Dice Tube produces random numbers. You can do all the testing you want, but there is no statistical test that can say that "This tube produces random numbers." That's not to say that you can't get some meaningful results, just that statistically, there is no way of proving randomness.
