Where in this Succession of Positions Was I Supposed to Redouble?

To make a short story long, I want to thank my opponent for generously fanning throughout the entire ordeal. He did come in once with a hit, but I got him back from the bar and never saw him again until I had nine off. I redoubled to 4 at some point, closed my board and won an 8pter.
What is the cube action in each of these positions shown? What would the cube action have been if it had been centered? Would it be correct to assume that if I have an initial double in a given position at this score, I also have a redouble at the same score?
