How to play doubles when it is absolutely the worst number

I do not know how to post snowie diagrams, but you can look at http://svilo.com/Positions/100821contain.html Any ideas? I guess the most important i to kep cool. I am leading 1a 7a and still I was angry to Pipcelot and I would throw the dice out of the window. Alas, my subsequent play showed I needed to get such rolls from time to time - to keep me humble.
