Florida Update

All of the major championship finals have been played.

In the Championship Division Main John O'Hagan beat Gregg Cattanach. In the Championship Division Consolation Mike Corbett beat Lucky Nelson. In the Masters Mike Corbett beat Sassan T.

Congrats to all.

In a Championship Consolation match Lucky Nelson beat Ray Fogerlund at DMP from a position where Lucky had his 1 and 2 points and his remaining 11 checkers on Ray's 2, 3, and 4 points behind a prime. Really entertaining to watch. Ray was playing w/ essentially no time left, Lucky had 10+ minutes left but, as is his style, also was playing as if he had no time left.
