Shredder-OT

I do have a Executive Machines 12 sheet crosscut shredder model # EPS-1200X for bout 1.5 years.Was working yesterday-then, stopped. waited 40 minutes it worked temporarily. The reverse button does not light up; paper not going thru on auto- turned off, unplugged, took out some paper. What can I try?
