Opening rolls at match score

What is the ranking (by equity) of the opening rolls at different match strateties: $, dmp, gs, gg? I am aware of Stick's rollouts. Tom Keith's web pages rank the opening rolls at $ and list the best play at each strategy. However, several things are unclear.
1) Were the rollouts performed with the bot playing with regard to match score? I belive that Snowie does not do this.
2) In Tom Keith's pages, it is unclear how to associate an equity with a match strategy other than $. For example, for 6/4 there is an entry that contains (in part)
equity CL DMP 8/2 6/2 +.0102 check (.0168) 24/14 (.0099) check
So, 64R is best at DMP but can anything be deduced about the equity after playing 64R at DMP?
Better yet, is there another source that is explict about not just the best checker play but the resulting equity at DMP, GG, GS?
And, does it really matter? Are the equity differences so small that no one cares?
