Trabi and I didn't agree on this one

At today's qualification tournament for the Danish Championship Trabi and I were shown this position by one of the players. We didn't agree on this one and the player chose a 3rd play. What's your play?

Btw: just before this roll the cube action went D/T to our surprise. Most players saw this as a pass. What equity do you think the position is worth for blue when white takes?

(two qualification tournaments for the Danish Championship. Round robin 6 rounds of 9-point matches. 3 losses and you're out. Everybody with 4+ wins go through to the Championship which is played 9/10-10/10)
