Stick's Article at GV

I hate to toot Stick's horn, since he is so good at doing it for himself, but his latest article at GammonVillage is very good and illuminating. I think it's pretty spectacular, really, since it all at once clears up several of the questions I had about the opening phase of the game.

I have to say that Stick and MCG have both made valuable contributions to the BG literature over at GV. Each of them has exposed the game to a fresh analytical angle and offered insights that are both original and profound. I hope they keep it coming.

(Nonetheless, I bet on Falafel vs Stick and won a benjamin from Phil Simborg!)
