The Time Management Problem

Suppose that I am playing a match of (say) 7 points, without the cube and without gammons or backgammons, against a perfect opponent, with an allotted time of 13 minutes (the longest possible match being of 13 games).
Suppose, still for simplification, that I have to choose before each game how much time I will consume for that game, and that my error rate is a negative exponential of that time, i.e.Lost GWC = C*e-atwhere C and a are positive constants such that my error rate is always small.
What is my best choice of allotted time for the first game of the match ?
A) Less than one minute
B) One minute
C) More than one minute
D) Not enough info
Subsidiary question : If you answer D, thank you to provide me with the missing info.
Second subsidiary question : Do you think that Bob Koca has already carried over that computation ?
