Las Vegas Entry Form

I just tried to fill out my entry form for Las Vegas and I am having issues. The entry form looks really nice with a cool black background that makes the red and white text pop, however, my black pen does not work on the black background and my blue, purple, or red pens cannot be seen either and damn, I seem to have misplaced my white inked pen!
