XG settings question

The default setting in XG is "Options > Main Settings > Number of moves saved = 10". This means that if you rollout more than 10 moves, only the top 10 will be saved. I have done thousands of rollouts and this has never been an issue but I have just started a rollout of the top 13 plays in a position so I bumped this number up to 20. Is there any downside to keeping this at 20? I assume that there must be some issue (disk space?) or else the setting would not be there?
