Question about GNU's slot bias in the openings

Recently I listed "slot bias" as an apparent weakness of GNU 2-ply. But in this post, Maik Stiebler suggests that I may have misinterpreted the meaning of "GNU's slot bias." Could the opening geeks please clarify? More generally, do the bots (on evaluation, but including XGR+) have any (other) readily categorizable opening weaknesses?
