Batch rollouts using Gnubg

Snowie allows you to analyse a match and roll out key decisions using either truncated or full rollout settings.

AFAIK, this can't be done with Gnubg. The Atool program will do batch analysis of several matches, but this isn't what I want. Has anybody done some clever programming to allow you to roll out a match (errors only, of course) automatically?
