Who Has a Table of Gammon Prices?

Does anyone have a table of gammon prices based on the Rockwell-Kazaross Match Probability Table?

If not, is there a programmer out there who would like to create such a table? One for each value of the cube would be needed. The only input needed would be the Rockwell-Kazaross Match Probability Table.
