My fatal backgammon flaw

Last night, I played at a 10 XG performance rate in a backgammon match. I violated one of my own rules. Never play backgammon when you are tired. Backgammon is not an appropriate game to wind down at the end of the day before going to bed.

Are there any other backgammon flaws that readers would like to offer?
