Setting God=100 introduces an unnecessary layer of complication, namely estimating how far we are from perfection. Presumably, God knows what all your personal playing weaknesses are and exploits them to the hilt. Thus if you are at all imperfect then God will score 100% (or nearly 100%, if we assume that your play is somewhat randomized) against you. It's pretty tough to rate humans on the same scale as such an opponent.
