What is your least amount of luck in a win?

Today I was witness to a match where the PRs were about 11.3 (advanced) to 18.2 (casual). This was a regular 13pt match that went 13-12/13 and about 2400 total decisions.

What was interesting was the luck for the winner as computed by XG:

61 Jokers, -9.487(-18.46%) Match Winner 76 Jokers, +9.487(+18.46%) Match Loser

I am curious what the least amount of luck other people have had to win a match, and I'm also wondering if luck as mEMG is even a good barometer in match play instead of luck expressed as MWC. I bring this up because people have in the past tried to define what normal luck should look like.
