Free drop information

Is there a free drop resource located anywhere? By that I mean essentially a list of first/second roll positions in which you tend to take the free drop. Either that or guidelines of types of positions necessary to take would be great. For example, if he wins the opening roll and makes a point, you need to do such and such. Thanks Randy
