In Stick's GnuBG rollout 24/21 6/1* is slightly better than 24/21 13/8 so I rolled out that move too, but stopped at 4.6k trials when I've seen it is far behind best move.

8/3 6/3 seems like a "next!" so I stopped rollout at 10k. Nack, if you think this should be extended to 15k or 20k - let me know.
