Presumably you're surprised about slotting into a double shot? Slotting is a reasonable play even for money (though I personally prefer 24/21 since it gives the opponent more tricky rolls next turn) so one would expect it to be best at GG.

That 13/10 edges ahead of 24/21 surprises me a little bit but it's believable.
