Thanks for the "+ rollout result, Neil. Here is data for opening 32 at the four primary scores:
[S D18 Z17] ~75*44
[S D7 Z13] /92
[S D8 Z8] <186*46
[S Z6 D8] ^46
[S D13 Z14] "+20d[S D4 Z6] /20
d[S D6 Z8 $15 U17 T28] <31**15*5s[S Z12 D16 U33] /15*10 5
s[S Z8 D21] ^46*15g[D S27 Z29] /15*10
Key: S = Split (24/21 13/11), Z = reverse split (24/22 13/10), D = Down (13/11 13/10), $ = Slot (13/10 6/4), U = Up (24/22 24/21), T = sTack/Tower (13/8). Margins are in thousandths. Before brackets, d = dmp, s = save, g = go; else assume money. After brackets is a bot symbol (~ Snowie, / GnuBG, < XG 3-ply, ^ XG 4-ply, "+ XG2 roller+) and the number of trials in thousands, rounded down (an asterisk is a repeater, not necessary after the final number).
For example, "s[S Z8 D21] ^46*15" means that at (gammon) save, S is best and Z is -.008 in an XG 4-ply rollout of 46000+ trials, and D is -.021 after 15000+ trials.
I checked how XGR+ responds to 23S and it makes no mistakes.Do you mean 32S (Split, 24/21 13/11) or 32Z (reverse split, 24/22 13/10)? And what about 32D (Down, 13/11 13/10)?
Nack
