Streaming Live Video

I've been searching online and can't seem to find what I want and it seems there should be a simple answer but I'm either not finding it or not understanding it.

What I want to do for example is film a backgammon lecture via a video recorder and stream it live online to let's say ~100 people. I want it to be quality streaming, good picture, no delay breaks, etc... Ustream or Stickam or the like despite the name are not good enough.

How to make it happen?
