As most authorithies judge the 2/4 backgame as the best playable under practical purposes, here is much to do. Not making the points in order, there is a deep point slotted and the 5 open. Only two points in front of the two battleships to clear. In a cash game, i would double in a shot. But AtS, i am in the dark. I would like to read a post from Mr. O'Hagan. My gut says, even at this score, it is the backgamer, who has to think. Double, and i would let this go.
