where are the articles ??

hello - i've seen a few references to articles available at this website (bgonline.org) but when i visit the top level website (bgonline.org) i get kind of a blank screen, with a red-x for a pic in top half of screen and a blue thin line pattern on bottom half of screen

is this because i'm still using ie-6 on windows xp ?

i tried searching for "article" and "bgonline" and saw a post about $15 membership, does this allow access to the articles here ? i also tried bgonline.org/index.htm and nothing etc
