Gridgammopn question

i got a new computer today and downloaded the gridgammon program and played a match this afternoon. i had checked the saved games to be saved when im playing, checked the box for sgg. and gridgammon backgammon cbg. when i finished the match it said i was not able to save the match. "premission denied". what if anything did i do wrong and what can i do to fix it? thanks
