OFF TOPIC probabilities for poker dice full house and straight

We play a home-made dice game that combines the basic elements of Poker and Yahtzee.

The objective is to build the best possible "hand" in up to three rolls of 5 dice. A player rolls all 5 dice and then decides which to keep and which to re-roll, if any, in a second and then a third roll.

This is what I think the hand rankings should be: Five of a Kind / Four of a Kind / Straight / Full House / Three of a Kind / Two Pair / One Pair.

The question is whether a "full house" in this game, as in Poker, outranks a "straight".

I don't have the math skills to do the probabilities calculation or the time to write a simulation program to do an estimate, so will appreciate your help in solving this puzzle.

Thanks.
