More (asymmetric) table for gnubg?

Hi, are there anyone (or anywhere) who have more match equity tables for gnubg, than those included in the standard package?

I'm especially interested in asymmetric tables, such as more tables from the wonderful book by Jacobs and Trice (the fish book).

Of course I could punch them in myself, but I'm too lazy so I'd prefer a few clicks on the wonderful wonder webby...
