Remembering the 8 9 12 rule, coming up to 12.5 and remembering Robertie in "Advanced Backgammon", that a holding game with a made barpoint by the defender should be evaluated pretty much as a pure race, i dropped. XG disagreed. Are there new adjustments, that i missed?
